SHORT TOKEN DESCRIPTION

NEP tokens, or NEPRI tokens, are the native currency of NEPRIDAO driving its governance, all of its features, products, and incentive structures.

$NEP Token

$NEP token will be a pure utility and governance token that powers the NEPRIDAO protocol.

What does the $NEP token do?

$NEP will be an ERC-20 token. It will be used to stake in the system, and as a governance token when the governance module is launched. As it conforms to the ERC-20 standard, the $NEP token will be tradeable on any exchange and storable on any wallet - allowing anyone in the world to access it.

What's the supply of $NEP tokens?

The total amount of $NEP tokens will be 1,000,000,000.

NEPRIDAO Treasury

• NEPRIDAO Treasury will hold 70% of total NEP tokens

• Tokens can be used for swaps, grants, milestone rewards, community and ecosystem incentives, etc. All usage will be executed only after a DAO proposal and vote.

• Treasury tokens will be effectively owned by token holders in proportion to their token holdings (e.g. a 1% token holder has a look-through ownership of 1% of the 70%, or an additional 0.7% of overall tokens)

Initial Team Members Locked Initial Team Members will hold a percentage of NEP tokens at launch. As these tokens are privately held by Initial Team Members, they will be used for any purposes, including establishing R&D centers to support NEPRIDAO, supporting business growth, rewarding, NEPRI Pioneers and community members, or NEPRIDAO affiliated R&D center employees and stakeholders.
